The room I got was without service for a week, but it felt like an upgrade from the basic ones available.
The hotel is in an ideal location, close to various amenities and entertainment spots. The rooms are on the smaller side for the price but are ready by the check-in time. The service is mixed, with friendly staff but lacking proactive assistance. The dining options exceed expectations, offering a nice selection of food and drinks. The location is convenient, with easy access to supermarkets, theatres, and cafes. However, the shower drainage in the junior suite needs improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was comfortable overall, but it lacked a microwave, and we had to wait quite a while to receive service after calling. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, being downtown and near many San Jose sites, but the unwelcoming demeanor of the front desk staff was a downside. In terms of dining, the in-room options were expensive, and the menu selection was limited. However, I did enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance of various attractions in the area.
